As Delivered

Cost: $35.00 each, $100 for 3.
Stated Scale: 1:56th.
Mixes best with: Several of the ranges out there...
Long Review: This is the first pure AGNM vehicle I've reviewed (all the others are "ex-something-or-other" kits). I'm glad to see that the quality of this kit is comparable to all the other kits I've reviewed so far- really good, as well as solid resin casting with no visible bubbles anywhere.
This is a mid-war Sherman, and visually it compares very favourably to the pictures of Shermans I've seen. It is the most widely-used US version, and was also used by the French from 1944 onwards.
The visual detail is really good, and the fact that this kit comes as a based and an un-based version makes it doubly welcome. The review version I have is based (mainly because I prefer my vehicles based), which means that the vehicle stands the right height above my based figures.
Commentary: I, for one, hope that Vince will bring out a few more variants, particularly the diesel-engined variants.
Historical Accuracy: Four Good.
Scale: Four Width-wise it scales out at 1:55, length at 1:57, which I'd say is pretty close to the stated scale.
Sculpting: Four Good.
Casting: Four Good.
Sources: Purchased for own collection.
Sculptors: Tony Ashcroft.
