PC Information
None of the information above is in any way collected by me. It is purely displayed here for your viewing pleasure, specifically to allow you to see if your system is able to view Mainly 28s at its' full potential.
Mainly 28s was hand-coded to be "XHTML 1.0 Transitional"- and CSS-compliant. It is designed to be viewed in a standards-compliant browser (i.e. Firefox or one of the others) at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (17" screen), although it will work equally well at 1152 x 864 (19" screen) and 1280 x 1024 (21" screen). It should work on 800 x 600 (15" screen) and 640 x 480 (14" screen), but there will inevitably be some distortion.
It will function in the other browsers, but there may be some small discrepancies in the table borders or such. As I'm not very pro-I.E., I won't be going out of my way to make the site work for it, although it should perform OK.
I should also mention that, as I have made extensive use of JavaScript to enable some of the features on the site (such as the size comparison tools), you need to have JavaScript enabled to be able to use this rather useful tool. I have made all possible concessions to standards, but there will probably still be one or two areas that aren't properly dealt with. I will get around to those eventually, but as this is a hobby site (and the site is a hobby), it may not be very soon.
