Long Review: | The Goulaschkanone is very nice indeed. The vehicle itself is in very close scale to the standard 28mm available today, and the horses supplied certainly look the part of drays pulling it along. The crewmen supplied are a driver and a cook. The driver is not really a brilliant figure, as he appears a little out of proportion physically. The cook, however, more than makes up for it. He's carrying a large urn, wearing an undress uniform and a large apron. He is baldheaded, and looks like a typical happy, healthy, well-fed cook. |
Commentary: | It is oficially labelled 1:50, but as field kitchens were made by a number of companies, and as the horse and the cook match the rest of my collection reasonably well, I'd say it is within tolerable limits for 28mm figures. |
